DACCPM Research Night 2024

Each year the MGH Department of Anesthesia, Critical Care and Pain Medicine celebrates the accomplishments of our clinician scientists and research professionals during its Annual Research Night. This is an exciting opportunity for members across the department to hear about the exciting research and innovation in our department. This year we are excited to include representation from clinical, basic and translational research. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear from your colleagues or present your work!

This year the DACCPM will celebrate the Annual Research Night in person on Wednesday, October 30, 2024. More details about the annual presentation will be distributed to the department soon!

The DACCPM invites investigators from across the department to
submit abstracts by Monday, September 30, 2024.

Submitted abstracts will be internally distributed to the department via a brochure. This year we are pleased to issue monetary awards to the first place winner in each category. The top three winners will receive $500, in addition to being recognized and celebrated, including a departmental presentation of their findings.

The timing of the DACCPM Research Night coincides with the timing of the ASA and many other conferences, so abstracts presented at other meetings can also be submitted. Abstracts submitted in previous years should not be included however. All members of the department including but not limited to attendings, research faculty, fellows, residents, nurses, students, research staff and administrative support staff can all submit abstracts.

This is an excellent opportunity for members of the DACCPM to showcase all their hard work! To submit your abstract simply complete the online form below.

Please join us at the in-person poster session and awards ceremony on
Wednesday, October 30, 2024 in Yawkey 4-820!
The poster session starts at 4:30pm, followed by the awards and presentations at 5:30-6:30pm.

Please note, abstracts are no longer being accepted for 2024. Please check back in the Summer of 2025 for additional details.
